Permethrin Insecticide

Permethrin Insecticide

Permethrin-based insecticides are synthetic or man-made analogs of natural pyrethrins. Pyrethrins are the active chemical compounds that make up the popular natural insecticide Pyrethrum. While similar to Pyrethrum, Permethrin has many additional benefits. It is chemically modified to be more stable and long-lasting, lasting 1-3 weeks under different conditions. Pyrethrum only lasts a few hours to 1 day.

It is also stronger, more persistent, and effective against a broader range of insects, including those partially resistant to pyrethrum. It is also far more concentrated and economical. 20ml of Permethrin can make up to 100 litres of solution. It is a broad-spectrum insecticide effective against a wide range of pests, including aphids, whiteflies, caterpillars, beetles, and ticks.
