UXP 2-5mm (Man-Made Pumice) 25 Litres
UXP (unexpanded perlite) is a more uniform, decorative and sterilised alternative to natural pumice. Especially popular for growing cacti, succulents, orchids, bonsai and others plants. Its porosity provides air spaces that maintain aerobic conditions around the roots while water is contained within the pores.
During manufacturing, this product is heated to 900 degrees rendering it functionally sterile.
NOTE: Each bag weighs about 25kg but it can vary from bag to bag. In the bags, I tested I found bags between 24kg and 27kg.
