Planting & Growing Tips
Plant Grosse Lisse tomatoes in well-drained soil in a full sun position. Provide a sturdy stake or other support as the plant grows. Installing support at planting time makes it easier to train the plant and helps avoid disturbing established roots later. Water regularly and aim to maintain consistent soil moisture, particularly while flowers and fruit are developing. Direct water around the root zone rather than regularly wetting the foliage.
