Disclaimer - We take all the measures possible to get woodies to our customers asap and in good condition, however, we accept no responsibility for insects that die during shipping. Please consider that the risk increases significantly for interstate or rural deliveries. Extreme hot or cold weather also increases the risk, though woodies are hardier then crickets and do not usually require heating during colder months. Strictly no refunds for insects that arrive dead. For interstate (except Melbourne) or rural orders we suggest selecting the Australia Post Express freight option when available. For Sydney deliveries, we suggest the Sydney Direct freight option.
Bulk Orders: Bulk packs of woodies are NOT kept in-stock, but are ordered in after a customer orders one. Our live insect supplies are normally ordered on Monday morning and arrive to us every Wednesday / Thursday. Please have your order in by Saturday for order.
ORDERS WILL NOT BE SENT CLOSE TO WEEKENDS: Orders placed towards the end of the week may not be sent until the following week to avoid worms being stuck at a courier depot.
