Disclaimer: All orders are placed at buyers' risk. If we ship your order with a non-refrigerated courier like Australia Post Express or Sydney Direct etc we don't guarantee that the order will arrive frozen or chilled.  The risk that your order defrosts in transit increases during hot periods and to rural or areas far from Sydney. Please see our guide about selecting the right courier to find the estimated transit time to your area and decide if you ok to take the risk. Transit times are just estimates and the real transit time may be longer. All Chilled/frozen orders will be left at your front door (at buyer's risk) if you can't be contacted or are not at home at the time of delivery. Strictly no refunds if your order defrosts either in transit or waiting at your front door or if it's stolen from your front door.

1 of 3 - Sydney Direct: When this option is selected we will ship your order with a foam box and dry ice.

2 of 3 - Aus Post Express (With Foam Box and Dry Ice)

2 of 3 - Refrigerated Courier: (Only available within Sydney and to surrounding areas)  Please have your order in by Tuesday 3 pm for delivery the following week. Orders are usually delivered on Wednesday to Friday the following week from when they are ordered (For eg if you order on Monday 1st you will likely get your order delivered between Wednesday 10th and Friday 12th) This courier will usually call you before delivery but we don't guarantee they will do so on every occasion.
