If we ship your order with a non-refrigerated courier like Australia Post Express or Sydney Direct etc we don't guarantee that the order will arrive frozen or chilled. 2 of 3 - Refrigerated Courier: (Only available within Sydney and to surrounding areas) Please have your order in by Tuesday 3 pm for delivery the following week. Orders are usually delivered on Wednesday to Friday the following week from when they are ordered (For eg if you order on Monday 1st you will likely get your order delivered between Wednesday 10th and Friday 12th) This courier will usually call you before delivery but we don't guarantee they will do so on every occasion.

A. Ferrets are obligate carnivores and therefore frozen rats, mice and quail are fine for ferrets.
