More About Amgro Sulphate of Potash:
A granular form of potassium sulphate, ideal for supplying the plant with potassium and sulphur in turf and other horticultural situations. Potassium plays a crucial role in plant growth, as one of the essential macronutrients, and is responsible for providing strength to the plant's cell walls. This element can also help defend the plant from disease by creating thicker cell walls, making it harder for fungal spores to enter cells. Potassium also helps to move water and sugars through the Xylem and Phloem inside the plant.
Sulphur is also an essential plant nutrient involved in helping form important enzymes and assists in the formation of plant proteins. It is needed in very low amounts, but deficiencies can cause serious plant health problems and loss of vitality.
Sulphur is also beneficial in high-pH soils, as it can help reduce pH over time with repeated applications.
Note: Always follow the application instructions provided on the product packaging to ensure optimal results and avoid over-fertilisation.
