Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. Is Eco Grub ok on vegetable gardens?
A. I got the following answer from someone at Multicrop: "You can use EcoGrub on a vegetable garden by applying the solution around the base of the vegetables, avoiding the foliage. If any solution does splash onto the foliage, wash it off with the hose. We recommend hosing in EcoGrub after applying it, as this helps the product penetrate deeper into the soil where the grubs are located. If vegetables have not been planted in the vegetable garden yet, we recommend applying EcoGrub and then leaving it for 3 days before planting the vegetables. There is no withholding period for vegetables; just wash vegetables before eating"
Q. Do I need to reapply Ecogrub if it rains after application?
A. After calling Multicrop, I was told that rain won't affect the application, and there is no need to reapply on account of the rain.
Q. Is Eco Grub Pet-friendly?
A. I got this reply from someone at Multicrop. "Please inform your customer that their pets can go on the lawn as soon as the product is dry. This may take a few hours. If the pets like to graze on the lawn, they should be discouraged from doing so until after the first mowing has taken place. The lawn clippings should be removed and not fed to the pets. Do not mow for 7 days after application"
Q. Does this product harm earthworms?
A. After calling the manufacturer, we were told that it does not harm earthworms.
